Use of a Pint Drop voucher
A voucher purchased through www.pintdrop.com may be exchanged for products at any of the listed outlets shown on our website. Our customer can simply provide the voucher number to the outlet, the outlet will verify that the code is valid and then provide you with goods to the value of your gift.
The only restrictions of use are as follows:
1) Pint Drop vouchers must be used in full and only one Pint Drop voucher may be used as part of a single transaction.
2) The Pint Drop voucher must be used within 60 days of purchase. After 60 days the voucher will become invalid and no longer be available for use at our partner outlets.

9. Conditions Relating to the Sale of Products to You

10. Our contract
When you place an order to purchase a Pint Drop Voucher, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an agreement to purchase a voucher which is accepted by us when we send an e-mail confirmation to you that we've provided a voucher code to the recipient of your gift (the "voucher confirmation e-mail").
11. Cancellation
A request to cancel a voucher once purchased has to be made within 7 business days, this is the statutory cooling-off period for customers in the European Union. Details of this statutory right and an explanation of how to exercise it are provided in our "Voucher confirmation e-mail". Pint Drop will accept voucher cancellation if there is a good reason and the voucher has not already been exchanged for goods at one of our participating outlets.
12. Pricing and service availability
Our prices consist of two elements the "value of the gift" provided to the voucher user and the "price for us sending" the greeting notification to the voucher customer. The "value of the gift" portion of this price may be exchanged for products at one of our service outlets.
We list outlets that service the Pint Drop Voucher on the website. This facility can be used by our customers to locate a chosen outlet that will accept our voucher
All prices are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
13. Under 18's
Pint Drop does not sell vouchers to anyone under the age of 18. If you are under 18, you are not authorised to purchase vouchers using our service.
14. Electronic communications
When you visit www.pintdrop.com or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. We communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on the website.
